Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your order arrived, we’re unable to offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • In original packaging (if applicable)

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Any non‑returnable items will be clearly marked on their product page.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
